deltaflare is pleased to announce the appointment of Stuart Okin as Strategic Advisor, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand the Phoenix platform across sectors and international markets.
Stuart brings a unique combination of experience spanning global technology leadership, strategic consulting, and regulation. He currently serves as Director of Cyber Regulation & Emerging Technologies (AI and Quantum) at Ofgem, where he leads cyber resilience and emerging technology initiatives across the UK’s energy sector. His responsibilities include regulating the cyber and technology resilience of critical national infrastructure in the UK.
Prior to Ofgem, Stuart held senior leadership positions at Microsoft, Accenture, and a number of leading cyber security organisations, where he advised both public and private sector organisations on technology transformation, cyber resilience, operational excellence, and large-scale digital change.
As Strategic Advisor to deltaflare, Stuart will provide guidance to the executive team on international growth strategy, strategic partnerships, and the continued evolution of the Phoenix platform. His experience in navigating complex market environments and helping organisations realise the value of technology will support deltaflare as it expands into adjacent sectors and new geographical markets.
